I will share something from my experience and the experience of my friends and contacts. People care about look and transparency. I personally do. The moment I have to choose a company and service, I usually spend a lot of time examining not just the prices, but their business as a whole. The look of their website, the structure of their business, the cars they have and the uniforms they wear. Everything is important.
The new generation is looking not just to get the job done, but to do it right and with purpose. A cleaning company with a unique vision and goal, could make the difference.
How do you become one?
Simple and hard question to answer. Customers expect traceability and transparency. One of the best things you can put on your website is something like a “white paper”. Explain the real reasons you are in this field. Why you matter and how giving money to you is important. How you control your people and how you guarantee you can provide what you offer.
One good example could be the reactivity of the team thanks to dedicated applications. When a customer from an office building requires something, he or she can simply request it through the app. This kind of fast and written communication could be a huge benefit for your brand. People usually don’t pick up the phone when they have something in their mind, but if it is something negative.. it stack and could potentially lose you the client.
From this kind of dedicated app, you can provide schedules and reports of the work. Everybody with specific access can read and ask questions.
Another thing we have to discuss here is the negative cycle of poor look / quality toward lower prices.
If you don’t invest in thrust in your brand and technology, you have to lower your prices to fight the ones that do.
There is a reason one of the biggest companies also are tech companies. You can’t grow that much without software. The control of that entire flow simply can’t be controlled.


Company WIKI
It is very interesting how most of the companies don't spend money at all on educating and expanding the company's knowledge. It is not just simply chemicals and cleaning tools.
In this kind of WIKI, it could be exams, business, human interactions and soft skills. There could be software that could create profiles of every single employee and this could be used for further education and promotions.
Every person that is in the company has to leave something behind, even if the employee quits. How? By sharing the knowledge in the firm’s wiki.
Another reason is that knowledge must be equally distributed. If one of the employees has to share something.. it has to be done fast and all other employees must have access to it.
If you don’t have one, you have to think about it and implement it as soon as possible.

There are many ideas and concepts that could be implemented to make the company grow and improve. Investing in this is not just better, but a must. All others at some point will and if you stay behind, it will be almost impossible to advance.
Business could be cruel and these days clients are pickier than ever. Even if you provide the best service, you have to prove it. Show the potential customers that you are trying all your best!
